I've seen a lot of people suggesting we withhold all tax except for sales tax in stores. That sounds good to me but it is really hard to get anyone to do anything risky, even if that risk will come with multiple warning before penalty.

He can see that if he doesnt .. there is a chance that Canadian Working Class will pull their VOLUNTARY Payroll Tax OUT of the system... and IF that happens.  They're fk'd. #WithdrawalConsent4PayrollTax #Canada
